The mandate of The Minstrel Foundation for Music & Arts Advancement is to secure and expand the opportunity for inner city young people to study and excel in music.

The objects of the foundation are to support music and arts education programs for those members of society who lack the financial resources and opportunities to obtain them with an emphasis of providing such support to youths and young adults by way of scholarships, grants, bursaries, or other financial assistance.
